Holiday Havens offers to Landlords and Property Managers the combination of internet advertising with a property management system.

The publicly viewable section of the website allows you to advertise and fully describe your property, allowing holiday makers the ability to make a fully informed choice and book the property when available.

The “back office” office function allows the landlord to manage his bookings, liaise with prospective tenants and edit details within their website, as shown

How to use this site for Landlords/Property Managers

Simply click on this will take you to our registration page.

Step 1

The registration page, provides Holiday Havens with sufficient information to set you up as a property manager.

Once loaded simply press



Step 2

This will take you to the property details page, where you input the data about your property, on this page you describe your property and load up to 6 photos – you have the ability to change any of these details at any time once the site is loaded.

From here you press , which takes you to the final step.



Step 3

Once the details have been loaded, you then complete the loading of the site by paying $89.50 through the secure credit card transaction as shown

Once payment has been made your property will be shown on the Holiday Havens site. At the same time you will receive an e-mail with your password allowing access to the “back office” functions through Manage My Site Icon at the bottom of the web home page.

A second e-mail will be forwarded with an invoice for the payment.

Through the Manage My Site icon you have the ability to manage and edit your site as you wish. We recommend you also reset your password.

In 12 months time we will e-mail you to renew your subscription.
